REDLattice is a cyberwarfare company working at the intersection of Computer Network Operations (CNO)/Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO), Electronic Warfare (EW) and Information Operation (IO)s. Headquartered in Northern Virginia with operations in Melbourne, Florida, our team is quickly growing to support the unique mission of our customers.


REDLattice is looking for a Cyber Operations Solutions Architect to support our business development initiatives. We are looking for exceptional proposal and whitepaper writing skills, primarily focused on the development of offensive cyber operations (OCO) and computer network operations (CNO) tools, infrastructure, platforms, and enabling capability solutions. REDLattice is building the next generation of Information Warfare (IW) and cyberspace operations systems and techniques. This job will be deeply involved in sales, proposals, and the broader business development process. Our workforce is comprised of leaders in Reverse Engineering (RE), Vulnerability Research (VR), and Cyber Tool Development. We need an individual contributor that can work with our team of Subject Matter Experts to develop creative, innovative approaches to solving some of the hardest challenges in the OCO/CNO field and lead the development of whitepapers and technical volumes in our pursuit of opportunities on BAAs, OTAs, IDIQs, BPAs, etc.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage customers to identify their challenges, requirements, and opportunities that REDLattice can address
  • Develop whitepapers and PowerPoint pitches to respond to requests for information (RFIs) and Other Transaction (OT) Agreements (OTAs)
  • Work with the business development, sales and marketing teams to support the entire business development lifecycle
  • Network with government and industry to identify opportunities for prime and subcontract work
  • Support a wide range of pursuits across DoD and IC customers
  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to architect and prototype the next generation of IW and cyber operation capabilities


Required Skills

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, or information warfare
  • Extensive knowledge of DoD cyber operations with an understanding of USCYBERCOM's Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) / Joint Cyber Weapons (JCW)
  • Understanding of DoD capture management and proposal processes for FAR and OTA acquisitions
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting and talking about technical solutions for IW
  • Must be willing and able to travel CONUS and OCONUS to support business development activities to include customer meetings and conferences
  • Ability to translate information into appropriate executive level briefings and information exchanges
  • Comfortable briefing industry and government leaders
  • Critical thinking, creative solutioning, problem solving skills
  • Able to participate in conferences and events as a coordinator, speaker/presenter, and leader
  • Active Top Secret clearance, eligible for SCI
