Description:
1. Acts as travel coordinator for a division of 150 staff: makes travel arrangements, maintains travel itineraries, processes, and reporting requirements, form management and record keeping, etc.
2. May provide some administrative, secretarial, and technical support to the division.
3. Other ad hoc clerical duties as assigned.

Position/Skill requirements: Excellent clerical, customer service and organizational skills. Extensive experience with E2, Outlook and SharePoint skills.
