Job Description

The Global Ecosystem GSI (Global System Integrator) Program Director is responsible for managing the overall lifecycle of Infor's global system integrator partners. This role will be the go-to person to build, lead, document and manage programmatic workstreams that contribute to the build, deployment and continuous improvement and impact of Infor's relationship with GSIs. The lead will collaborate and drive alignment within the organization as well as with key industry stakeholders and partners to develop, execute, assess, and continuously improve the program. This is not a field sales position.

A Day in the Life typically includes:
  • Manage various programmatic Infor ecosystem workstreams that onboard and support GSIs.
  • Collaborate with the field, marketing, operations, legal and ecosystem program team to define and lead key requirements, initiatives and program updates to increase the program value to partners and Infor.
  • Design program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage communications to the GSI community via portal, newsletters, webcasts, social channels.
  • Document and ensure compliance with policies and processes to support all aspects of the program, including field / channel rules of engagement and enable global execution.
  • Collaborate with and provide business requirements to Field Enablement to design & launch field enablement on Partner Program, Rules of Engagement, Deal Reg, How to Partner, etc.
  • Consult with and provide requirements to Partner Enablement for the development of Partner-facing solution (vs product) enablement materials, as well as overall Partner Enablement journey, including but not limited to Certifications and Badging.
  • Collect and manage feedback from GSI partners into the ongoing roadmap for the Ecosystem program. Establish and track metrics of the program, run a quarterly compliance process with the Ecosystem field.
  • Analyze, document program risks and design & execute mitigate plans.
  • Co-design, ensure execution and track/publish the impact of robust co-marketing plans with GSIs within Infor's ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in program design and management with GSI partners.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of project management, and various PM software applications (i.e. Click-Up).
  • Written and oral communication skills, including C-level presentations and day-to-day dialogues with internal and external executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program management skills in ERP and/or related SaaS technology environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field.
