DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the Product Manager Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PdM SMS) Nett Warrior Program, Project Manager Soldier Warrior (SWAR), Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier). PEO Soldier serves as a single acquisition office to support the war fighting needs of U.S. Soldiers by developing the best equipment and fielding it as quickly as possible so that our Soldiers remain second to none in missions that span the full spectrum of military operations. PdM SPTD's mission is to rapidly develop, produce, field, and sustain advanced targeting sensor capabilities in order to provide combat overmatch, lethality and survivability of dismounted warfighters across the full range of military operations.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Self-Manage priorities for procuring equipment for evaluation, training, and fielding to Soldiers.
  • Track funding against a spend plan, funds sent, and funds remaining on each contract. Report weekly status of tasks for: tasks complete, progress made, and tasks pending. Track progress of the procurement in phases after handoff, to include sending of funds, and contract office award dates.
  • Solicit product and cost proposals for market research.
  • Gather information for product identification, configuration to operate with existing equipment, and to align schedules with team members.
  • Determine hardware, software, and labor support contract execution strategy using DLA-TLS, NASA-SEWP, ACC-APG, GSA, GPC, OTA, and CHESS contract/purchase methods.
  • Identify and author technical requirements for functional capabilities, product licenses, maintenance and support contracts.
  • Generate Statement of objectives, Statement of work, and Milestone documentation.
  • Execute procurement requirements valued between $200K-$6M.
  • Research to find answers and information for unknowns.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Knowledge and demonstrated skills in acquisition and contracting documents (e.g., J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F).
  • Be capable of establishing effective interpersonal relationships, as well as an ability to communicate efficiently, both in writing and orally.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create documents, reports, and presentations.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree and greater than eight (8) years' (required) 12 years' (desired) experience.
  • Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level II certification in program management or PMP Certification.

This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: sitting, reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lift up to 20lbs.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
