Overview

LMI is seeking an Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support efforts for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in data analytics delivery and advisory. Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is a plus. This position requires the ability to pass a government background investigation to obtain DHS Suitability.

Responsibilities
    Provide strategic and tactical subject matter expertise and advisory services to the client on critical AI governance, poilcy, and ethical implementation of initiatives across the agency
  • Lead and support efforts to drive data science / analytic capabilities into efforts within the core program and across the agency. This includes AI and analytic capabilties, data visualizatoin and reporting, knowledge management and performance measurement.
  • Monitor technology landscape and advise on current and emerging technologies to support agency efforts and long term vision to drive data-drive decision making
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years in data analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering AI products and services, including AI governance frameworks
  • Specialized experience in the application of data management policy, providing guidance and insight into data privacy issues and facilitating data sharing.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background investigation
