Coverent, an Orbis Operations company, is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to lead qualitative research and program evaluation activities for a client in the US Intelligence Community. On this multi-year project, the analyst will have the opportunity to demonstrate intellectual agility by leading research design, data collection, and analysis activities to produce written products and implement recommendations that will support the client in optimizing delivery of specialized projects in support of their mission. This project features the opportunity to interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, including those at senior levels. This is an exciting opportunity for an intellectually curious, energetic intelligence analyst to work on a project with real impact helping our client develop ways of better meeting the needs of the mission.

Key Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
Develop and implement research designs with practical strategies for conducting evaluations of strategic efforts for a customer in the US Intelligence Community
Apply analytical knowledge and tradecraft to enhance the customer's planning, design, and implementation of a variety of projects
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to provide the customer with comprehensive insights into a project's strengths and challenge areas
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership based on research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations
Brief senior-level customers on research plans, status of activities, analysis, and recommendations
Contribute to operational proposals through provision of sound analysis of an effort's effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the IC.
Master's degree in business, social science, or behavioral science preferred but not required for this position.
Required Skills/Abilities
US Citizenship
Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
Ability to extract insights from open source and proprietary data sources to produce finished intelligence products
Experience developing presentations and providing briefings to middle and senior management
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including visual representation of data using charts and graphs
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to perform in an individual contributor role while also excelling in a team environment
Desired Skills/Abilities
Demonstrated experience leading program evaluation activities
Experience with survey design and analysis
Ability to analyze information and identify implications for policy, processes, communications, and training
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
