Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated User Experience Consultant to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead needs assessment, collecting requirements from customer on workflow and programming for Nurse call systems
• Lead needs assessment, collecting requirements from customer on workflow and programming for education & security systems
• Maintain and update training documents, including SOPs, presentations, training guides and other materials
• Conduct onsite/remote training sessions with customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Pavion principles and best practices Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and project managers, to ensure customer success with technology implementation as it relates to workflow, training and go-live
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments and surveys
• Address customer inquires and concerns related to product training, providing prompt and accurate responses
• Assist in the development of new training programs or initiatives as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• 1-3 years' experience in end user training guide design and conducting end user training
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certifications
• Lean enterprise certifications
• Reporting Analytics experience
• Rauland 5/Rauland Enterprise implementation experience
• Experience in building requirements for UAT testing and conducting
• Knowledge of Voice of the Customer principles, methodologies and tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools and/or learning management systems)
• Familiar with Healthcare industry
• Familiar with Education industry
