Training System Specialist

Valkyrie Enterprises has immediate openings for Training System Specialists to support the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA.

Job Description:

Responsible for assisting in the development of requirements and strategies for implementing training solutions through analysis of Navy Training Systems Plans Front End Analysis (FEA) and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) products and processes.
Evaluates training requirements to assist in proper implementation of training required as a result of new system introduction and changes to existing combat system elements, both for USN and FMS.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in reviewing training schedules, Navy Training System Plans, Planning Process Methodology documents, and the Navy Enlisted Occupational Classification System.
Must have knowledge of the Navy's Business Case Analysis (BCA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) in the development of curriculum.
Must have demonstrated experience in the analyses of change recommendations and determination of impact on system readiness and user functionality pertaining to USN systems.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel required.
If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Communicating with others to exchange information and repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Subject to outside environmental conditions (extreme cold/heat), subject to noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions (affect the respiratory system), frequently work in close quarters and/or function in narrow aisles or passageways (areas that could cause claustrophobia)

Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
