Radius Global Solutions is currently hiring Collectors/Call Center Agents to join our Team. APPLY TODAY to become part of a growing team and to start earning UNLIMITED income!
- $12-$14/hr (Based on experience) plus a performance-based incentive after training.
- Training is 2 weeks Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CST.
- Additional 2 weeks training with the department 8am-5pm CST
- After training, the work schedule:
- Sunday 10am-7pm CST
- Monday-Thursday Either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing.
* Proven ability and desire to help people.
* Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus.
* Engaging and enthusiastic personality.
* Confident, clear and effective communication style.
* Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented.
* Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy.
* High School Diploma or GED are required.
* Bilingual candidates are a plus!
