Job Description

Patrona Corporation is looking for motivated individuals ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment supporting Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) In-Service Program Offices: PMS 390, PMS 392, PMS 394, PMS 396, SEA 07L, and SEA 07Q providing program management and administrative, financial and business management, technical and engineering management, and integrated logistics support services. These positions will be located in Washington, DC in the vicinity of or at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY).

THESE POSITIONS ARE CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

Work Model

Security Clearance

Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.

Programmatic and Administrative Support Services:

PMS 390

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial /cost analysis, or a relevant field, 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Hyperbarics and Diving, Submarine Escape and Rescue, Certification and Quality Assurance.

PMS 392

Management Analyst II: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 7 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial /cost analysis, or a relevant field, 7 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Records and Task Management.

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial /cost analysis, or a relevant field and 5 or more years' experience with Submarine Certification.

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition/In-Service Programs, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, and 10 or more years' experience working with Navy Towing.

PMS 394

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial /cost analysis, or a relevant field, 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Submarine Certification.

PMS 396

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition/In-Service Programs, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Submarine Certification.

SEA 07Q

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with SUBSAFE or Fly-by-Wire requirements and general Quality Assurance practices and policies.

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with general Quality Assurance requirements, practices, and policies and knowledge of Navy Material Control Programs and practices.

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with DSS Requirements and general Quality Assurance practices and policies.

Business and Financial Management Support Services:

PMS 390

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition and In-Service Programs. 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Hyperbarics and Diving, Submarine Escape and Rescue, Certification and Quality Assurance.

Technical and Engineering Support Services:

PMS 390

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field, 10 or more years' experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Hyperbarics and Diving, Submarine Escape and Rescue, Certification and Quality Assurance, demonstrated capability leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition/In-Service Programs, 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, 5 or more years' experience working with Hyperbarics and Diving, Submarine Escape and Rescue, Certification and Quality Assurance.

PMS 392

PMS 396

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with an end item customer. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years' experience with DoD acquisition and In-Service Programs. 10 or more years' experience with Navy Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with Department of Navy (DoN) Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process.

SEA 07L

Management Analyst III: Experience and knowledge of Program Management, including the acquisition process, the budgeting process, Navy program execution, leading projects, and interfacing with functional area managers and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, 10 or more years Configuration Management experience leading or executing DoD acquisition/In-Service Programs, 10 or more years Configuration Management experience with Navy Programs, and 5 or more years' experience working with logistics information technology programs used by Navy Programs.
