GHT Limited, a leading DC metro area Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Consulting Engineering firm located in Arlington, VA, has openings for bright, motivated electrical design engineers with a minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in electrical design. Candidates shall demonstrate proficiency in electrical design theory and a willingness to learn practical aspects of commercial electrical systems design including: lighting, power circuitry and controls; fire alarm design; and a working knowledge of building, fire, fire exit, and energy codes. Applicants shall reflect a commitment to client satisfaction and responsiveness as well as be motivated to excel, able to work both independently and in a team setting, capable of organizing personal workflow and possess good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD (recent releases) is also a must. Familiarity with Revit modeling is desirable. We are interested in candidates who plan to actively pursue a P.E. License. Opportunities are available in the Base Building, Interiors, and Operations & Energy Services (OES) Studios.
