What you will do:
Spearhead the development of tools and processes for the automated deployment and monitoring of cloud infrastructure and applications, particularly in multi-region/multi-AZ environments.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, integrating application and security testing to empower development teams throughout the end-to-end pipeline process.
Innovate by implementing, enhancing, and augmenting infrastructure, application, and security monitoring tools to ensure maximum platform stability.
Revolutionize data resiliency and replication through automation based on cutting-edge policies.
Share your expertise by mentoring engineers and collaborating with peers in the dynamic field of Platform architecture.
Create accurate reference architecture and as-built documentation for transformative initiatives, including Cloud implementations and migrations, infrastructure modernization , virtualization, and other leading-edge technical solutions.
Take ownership of solutions through the entire project life cycle, from Assess/Design/Pilot through Implement/Operate/Optimize, and actively contribute to the evangelizing of these solutions across the organization.
Propel organizational efficiencies by producing, enhancing, and deploying automated tools.
Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot production issues and fine-tune applications and services.
Actively participate in special projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to take on additional responsibilities.
You need to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training in a relevant field of study.
Certifications in technologies such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or similar, showcasing your expertise in cloud environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience as an infrastructure/platform/DevOps engineer or architect.
Proven track record with at least 3 years of successful Cloud infrastructure deployment.
Deep understanding and practical experience in the architecture and design of complex distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and application partitioning.
Proficiency in up-to-date coding languages and approaches, demonstrating your commitment to staying current in the dynamic field of platform engineering.

Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional teams on transformative initiatives.
Demonstrated involvement in open-source projects or industry conferences.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
