DESCRIPTION: MSK TriTech Group, LLC (MSK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricio Enterprises, is looking to fill a Senior Information Management Officer position at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Perform regular operational functions as identified by standard operating procedures; performing data entry/output functions, performing system/data backup, and performing system/data restoration.
  • Perform configuration changes in accordance with configuration management system work order (e.g., movement of computers, installation/upgrade of approved software, installation of security patches, and cable re-patching).
  • Perform network/system administrative functions (e.g., user account management and password management).
  • Perform maintenance functions (e.g., respond to trouble calls, diagnose failures, repair faults, and bring failed networks/systems back on-line).
  • Manage data and voice network operations comprising of computing, application software and telecommunications.
  • Manage the facilities, meeting rooms, and video teleconference systems scheduling.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art storage and retrieval methods.
  • Ability to formulate specifications for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, debugging of computer software.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • 10 or more years experience as an IMO.
  • BA or BS or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience as long as the degree is in a related field.
  • DoD IAM I certified (Security +).
  • Windows 10 certified.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.
