Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development/Sales : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Commercial Companies in need of our services, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and how our offerings can provide value.

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, utilizing a consultative and solution-oriented approach.

Assessments : Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients, understanding their pain points, goals, and challenges, and tailoring our service offerings accordingly.

Proposal Creation: Create compelling and tailored proposals that showcase our services and how they align with client needs.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, providing insights to enhance our service offerings.

Client Success : Monitor the success of projects and services delivered to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Target for 2024 - $5 Million

Target for 2025 - $12 million
