Overview

Program Manager (PM)-III (General and Operations Manager)

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance

Location: Remote with some required travel to Austin, TX

The Director of Program Management will serve as the customer Point of Contact and will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, schedule, cost and quality objectives, and exceptional performance for the Data Science Environment Support Services contract.

Responsibilities

* Lead the DSESS Team to exceed customer delivery requirements

* Advance program strategic objectives by building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and other stakeholders and by engaging in internal and customer forums related to the programs' roles in the broader Army enterprise.

* Ensure effective identification and management of issues, risks and opportunities. Drive risk mitigation and issues to closure.

* Monitor and manage Contract Deliverables and Program Tasks

* Participate and support Integral's contracts organization in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.

* Strengthen customer and partner relationships by coordinating across tasks to identify and gain efficiencies among staff and materials for the customer

* Develop strategies and drive tactical actions to provide customer satisfaction and growth

* Support repeatable proposal development procedures/artifacts tailored to best practices for related or adjacent efforts

* Participate in business planning activities to include regular pipeline and gate reviews, as well as proposal reviews; diligently maintain CRM notes and reports/updates on opportunities

Qualifications

Required:

    A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience as a Program Manager or related role.
  • Experienced in planning, estimating, organizing, staffing, and executing projects at scale to include multiple, distributed teams. Eight (8) years (or more) of intensive and progressive experience in supervising and managing substantive application software development or implementation projects, including at least one (1) cloud migration, or support contract is required
  • The PM shall have experience organizing and coordinating the planning and production for client deliveries on technically complex programs utilizing modern cloud technologies.
  • The PM shall have at least four (4) years of experience in a PM role employing Agile delivery methods as the primary project management strategy.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner Certificate (PMI-ACP) Required
  • Must be willing to travel to Austin, TX as necessary
