What you ll be doing...

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for creating a single source for data collection for several initiatives, data visualization, and scorecard development for the Global Network & Technology s Technical Ambassador Office.

The role will be responsible for the following: Create user focused intake and data collection processes for multiple stakeholders and multiple initiatives.
Mining various data sources and or providing visualization and analysis of complex data structures Develop, drive, and track the definition of fundamental metrics Create dashboards and scorecards using data collected to share with a broad audience.
Provide support on development of dashboards tracking key metrics of program / provider or client performance.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather the appropriate data required for collection and analysis Maintain usability of data collection process, implementing changes and updates business requirements evolve Complete routine QA assessments on the intake collectors, dashboards, and scorecards.

What we re looking for...

You ll need to have (Must Have) Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work relevant experience.

Intermediate SQL Experience required.

Detailed knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite), Microsoft Office, and Slack.

Detailed knowledge of Google Data Studio Experience with building apps scripts, custom macros, data connectors, and automation in Google sheets. You enjoy solving complex problems

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working collaboratively across teams and departments.

Keen judgment and ability to handle sensitive information.

Demonstrated experience in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail Ability to set and meet deadlines

Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Analytical and problem-solving skills Coding skills in languages, e.g. Python

Even better if you have one or more of the following (Desired Skills)

Experience working with HR teams and/or Enterprise sales teams

Experience working in project management Proficiency with SmartSheets
Experience in statistical methods such as distributions, predictive modeling, data validation, statistical testing and regression.
