The Aerospace & Mechanical group has expertise in the areas of multi-body dynamics, finite element analysis (FEA), propulsion, mechanical design, multidisciplinary design optimization, and materials science. Group members actively influence the development of flight hardware prototypes. The Group is highly-skilled in first principle modeling of physics-based analytical problems and uses numerous commercial and internally-developed computational tools.

We are currently looking for candidates with expertise in the area of multidisciplinary design optimization.

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Are skilled or have interest in multidisciplinary design optimization.
• Are a motivated self-starter with strong communications skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance. If you are selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
