You are:?

Mortgage Product Manager

  • Oversee and specify research needed to determine needs and desires of end users
  • Determine appropriate medium to best meet needs
  • Capture & prioritize requirements and document into JIRA Epics
  • Understand the vision and articulate the business value of the epics created
  • Decompose the epics into stories to be developed
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Lead BAs in developing and refining stories that are Dev Read

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years experience serving in a product manager role. Developing a product vision/road map and prioritizing which features to build first vs later.
  • 2+ years working as a product manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. Writing epics/features, managing product backlog, working with business analyst to decompose features into user stories, and performing user story acceptance testing.
  • 2+ years experience working in Mortgage industry or related field. General understanding of the phases within the mortgage loan lifecycle and the primary activities within each phase.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficient with creating cross-functional process flows in MS Visio or Gliffy.

The extra's:

  • US Citizenship, no dual citizenship

Bonus points:

  • Experience with VA Loan Guaranty program and its eligibility requirements.
  • Experience with managing service-based applications / Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
  • Familiarity with reading/understanding unstructured data (XML, JSON).
  • Experience with MISMO/ULAD.
  • Experience working with a UX/UI designer to build wireframes that align with customer requirements. Prior experience with using Salesforce as the customer UX/UI a plus.
  • Experience working with Solution Architect to create an application design.
  • Understanding of database design and data modeling.


Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and????

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role?

California: $95,600 - $153,100

Colorado: $95,600 - $132,300

New York City: $110,700 - $153,100

Washington: $101,900 - $140,800
