Job Description

Eagle Health is seeking a Partnership Advisor to join our team in support of the Anti-Corruption Center (ACC) in USAID's Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Bureau.

As part of USAID's elevation of anti-corruption as a core development priority, USAID is pursuing a range of new alliances and ambitious initiatives. The Integrity for Development (I4D) campaign was launched in Spring 2023 and seeks to increase the overall envelope for anti-corruption efforts globally, including in environments in which the international community is making major sectoral investments, such as climate finance. The campaign calls on foundations, bilateral donors, and multilateral actors to mobilize $250 million to promote accountability, transparency, and public integrity by the end of 2024. The Advisor will work with the ACC's Policy and Partnership teamLead to cultivate and manage relationships with other donors (including as part of the Integrity for Development workstream) and with multilateral actors. This will include setting overall campaign priorities, leveraging strategic convening opportunities, and conducting individual outreach to key potential partners (e.g., researching donor interests, setting up meetings, and following up on action items). The Advisor will also strategically deploy with DRG/-AC leadership and Agency principals to advance anti-corruption partnerships.
