Job Description
Inserso Corporation, a fast-growing 500+ person IT Services company, is looking for a driven senior manager to support winning contracts and managing customer relationships for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Inserso specializes in Enterprise Services (NOC, SOC, Could Administration, Cybersecurity, etc.), IT Operations (Desktop Support, Service Desk, Asset Management, etc.), and software development support services. You will drive activities to win unrestricted prime contracts/Task Orders as well as oversee their performance and customer satisfaction post award. You will execute the complete federal opportunity acquisition life cycle from opportunity identification, qualification, and capture. You will develop and nurture customer and Industry contacts. You will support proposal and business development teams as needed with win strategy, colored reviews, and other activities. Post award, you will serve as a customer liaison and communicate feedback with service delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify winnable unrestricted (Full & Open) prime contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year, sustainable opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities within the target customers.
  • Proactively gather knowledge about the customer's requirements, solution, procurement strategy, competition, and price to win.
  • Uncover and understand the customer's pain points, requirements, and desired changes.
  • Collaborate with Inserso's solution team to drive compelling management and technical solutions.
  • Support opportunity teaming strategy and recruit industry partners.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and partner community supporting the customer to assemble competitive teams to win specific opportunities.
  • Work with proposal development teams to create and submit compliant and winning proposals.
  • Represent Inserso at customer-related industry events, including, exhibits/tradeshows, conferences and other information exchange meetings.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
  • 7 years of experience directly related in assessing and qualifying DHS IT Services contracts.
  • Experience winning unrestricted single-award contracts/task orders valued over $40M in total contract value.
  • Thorough knowledge of entirety to BD lifecycle.
  • Understanding of customer's culture, environment, technologies, and the factors driving changes within organizations.
  • Respected by decisions makers and influencers in the customer communities.
  • Self-starter, disciplined, and driven to succeed with proven outcomes.
  • Periodic travel to meet with customers and attend events.
