The Fauquier Health and Rehabilitation Nursing Center facility is a 113-bed center located on the Fauquier Hospital campus. This skilled nursing facility offers short-term and long-term residents with nearby access to hospital and physician services. Its proximity and affiliation with the hospital allows for patients to receive a unique continuum of care.

We provide long-term care and respite services in addition to specialty services such as physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation.

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant or CNA licensure acquired within 90 days of employment

* High school diploma or equivalent - Preferred

* Certifications:

o Required: First Aid (First Aid certification is required within 60 days of employment.)

o Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS)
