Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Develop and maintain product artifacts using process modeling software to visualize the business architecture and describes the primary business functions of the program.
Manage Lifeline development projects against the plan, coordinate internal and vendor managed tasks, communicate effectively with all stakeholders and participants, identify risks and mitigation plans, and alert management as needed to escalate issues.
Assist in developing performance metrics and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with user acceptance testing.
Advise and collaborate with the program(s) on issues, diagnostic methods and potential solutions to problems and concerns.
Recommend program process improvements based on data while maintaining reporting standards while ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables.
Act as the liaison between management and outside vendors regarding major IT projects.

TYPE OF EXPERIENCE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

5 to 7 years of working in a professional environment as an Analyst or similar position.
Demonstrated experience with increasingly complex system analysis projects.
Substantial experience with project management concepts and project management/process modeling software (MS Project, Visio, or equivalent).
Experience with Scrum and/or other Agile Software Development frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Access and/or Oracle and ability to write Access / SQL queries.
Experience presenting complex analysis and results in plain English for a non-technical audience using data visualizations (i.e. charts, tables, and graphs) on various software platforms.
Preparing and delivering information in a concise, professionally written and/or verbal format.
Directing and/or working in teams, task forces, etc.
Developing, documenting, and/or creating new or more useful ideas, approaches, and plans.
Analyzing and developing solutions to problems.
Managing various projects, work, technical support, etc.
Developing and maintaining positive customer rapport.
