COLLECTION MANAGER III

!POSITION CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD!

BTS Software Solutions is seeking COLLECTION MANAGER III to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade and the extended enterprise locations. As a Collection Manager, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Collection/Analysis expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Primary Location: Ft Meade, MD

Secondary Locations: Ft Gordon, GA; San Antonio, TX; and Wahiawa, HI

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly

What You'll Get to Do:

• Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements
• Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems.
• Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for the customer's Collection programs
• Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications.
• Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Education:

• A degree in any field is acceptable

• Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience.

Relevant Experience:

• Relevant experience must be in SIGINT collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collector or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience.
