Oversight Purview: Task 3.4

Years' Experience: 10

Ideal Candidate: Strong written communication, strong presentation skills, diplomacy skills, ability to create and follow policy and procedures, team skills, agile project management, Zero Trust, cloud security experience. Ability to perform design solution as well as enterprise security architecture as defined by the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA).

Skills: Strong writing skills, must have expert level technical knowledge, understanding and skills in IT Security concepts, Cloud services, Infrastructure, networking, Zero Trust, and data management. Need to have skills to work with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team. Experience in maintenance and development of Cybersecurity programs, policies, procedures, and tools is imperative. Practical experience security as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), Cybersecurity Engineering, Cloud Security Architect, Identity Architect, solutions architect, or Enterprise Architect.

Certifications: CISSP, Information Systems Security Architecture (ISSAP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture (SABSA), The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF), Zero Trust related certifications

Location: Maximum telework acceptable, but candidates are required to be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington DC and Boyers, PA
