Description:

Markon Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. This individual shall interface between internal and external stakeholders to develop plans, processes, schedules, and status reports. The individual shall be well-versed in solving problems, coordinating with executive-level management, and creating organization in chaotic environments. The individual shall be highly skilled in customer service and able to effectively communicate both vertically and horizontally across diverse organizations. The Operations Manager shall be knowledgeable in IC Facilities systems/processes and standard project management industry practices.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly update briefings for senior leadership at the Division, Office, Directorate, and Agency level.

* Compile and analyze data to prepare the Agency's Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and IC Facilities Program Review briefings to the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) and other DOD/IC stakeholders.

* Manage special projects, including analysis and briefings related to the Agency's total cost of ownership, space management efficiency, and facility/asset disposition.

* Collect and support customer requests and provide timely feedback to customers regarding the status of all initiatives.

* Consult with Government and Contractor personnel to execute planning, strategy development, and synchronization.

* Lead cross-functional teams and synchronize project/program activities to solve problems identified during strategy development.

* Coordinate with knowledge management personnel to develop dashboards using Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other software tools.

* Gather data, analyze, and assemble various types of reports and charts that effectively communicate strategy, initiatives, and status.

* Conduct briefings to communicate program progress to stakeholders and executive management.

* Implement and integrate program systems and processes across the organization.

* Ensure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program.

* Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams and stakeholders.

* Manage special projects and develop white papers, as assigned.

* Complete other duties as assigned by management and supported Government staff.

Job Requirements

Required:

* TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

* Bachelor's degree

* 10 years of relevant experience

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Project

* Experience with DOD and/or IC Facilities organizations

* Analytical and written/verbal communication skills are critical

* Proficiency with leading multi-discipline teams from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status

* Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement

Desired:

* Architecture, Engineering, or Project/Construction Management degree

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
