Corporate Development Senior Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a leader in the internal corporate development team and assist with valuation and deal modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments. Assist with evaluating the broader corporate financial strategy of Booz Allen. Leverage knowledge of financial metrics and how they flow into and impact the major financial statements. Perform strategic financial alternatives analyses through merger consequences, including accretion and dilution, leveraged buyout, discounted cash-flow, sum-of-parts, and public trading and acquisition analysis. Focus on and execute the mergers and acquisition process and interact with senior leaders. Perform an integral and visible leadership role within the corporate development team, work closely with a small group of peers and senior leaders routinely, and have periodic interactions with the firm's top leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as part of a corporate development team or in investment banking within the government services industry

  • Experience with structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations

  • Ability to perform financial modeling with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify issues, and recommend solutions proactively

  • Ability to prioritize work streams appropriately and move among differing tasks quickly

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $118,000.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
