Cape Fox subsidiary Endeavor, LLC is accepting resumes for aLicense Practical/Vocational Nurseperforming outpatient clinical patient care to our deserving military at Joint Base Andrews in Camp Spring, Maryland.

Hands-on patient care in an outpatient clinical setting for at least one (1) year within the past two (2) years is required.

Assist with patient check-ins, admissions, discharges, and transfers as directed.

Monitor and record age-appropriate physiological measurements.

Prepare and position patients for diagnostic testing, examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.

Perform appropriate portions of medical examinations, treatment, diagnostic, and clinical procedures.

Record treatment, patient problems, procedure rendered, and notifies provider/nursing Team of observations.

Prepare and administer medications in accordance with scope of practice and training.

Recognize and respond to emergencies and performs basic life support measures.

Adhere to infection control procedures including use of personal protective equipment, disposal of waste, and aseptic technique.

Ensure all equipment is properly assembled, operates, cleaned and stored at the end of each work shift. Ensures preventive maintenance and routine cleaning are performed as directed.

Maintain patient medical records in electronic format as well as hard copy as required.

Participate in training and continuing education programs for new procedures, techniques, and equipment.
