Illuminate is looking for a successful candidate for an Instructional Systems Design Lead

Collaborates with government staff and subject matter experts to identify and analyze training requirements to support instructional planning and instructional systems design of training requirements across the organization
• Leads instructional systems design projects across the entire lifecycle
• Evaluates and oversees ISDs and their products to develop, update, and/or administer training programs
• Leads development of instructor-led and e-learning programs to support offices across customer
• Provides general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with robust training requirements

• Requires BA/BS and 15+ years of experience or a Masters and 10+ years of experience
• Experience with curriculum design, both web-based and traditional instructor-led training
• Needs familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360
• Experience using the ADDIE Model
• TS/SCI with Polygraph Required
