Responsibilities

• The Program Director is responsible for the oversight and operational performance of the influx care facility and all departments.
• The Program Director reports directly to the Project Manager.
• Is the liaison with other leads and any other on-site vendors.
• Ensures quality care for all residents and timely response to children needs.
• The Program Director will collaborate closely with the Program Managers to report all resource allocations needs, in adherence with contractual requirements.
• Budgeting for program operations and monitoring to ensure program stays within budget.
• The Program Director is responsible for the general oversight and operational performance of the Case Management, Clinical Counseling, Medical, Education Departments and Youth Care Services in an on-site children's residential facility.
• This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met at the on-site residential facility. Acts as primary contact to the client during on-site events.
• All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree, licensed clinical supervisor (psychology, social work, or counseling psychology) with at least 3 years of clinical counseling experience with adolescents.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Read, Write, Speak)
• 3 years or more of experience training and leading others and adapting to diverse situations OR 3 years or more of Operations and managerial/supervisory experience.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent presentation skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Clean criminal background check and drug screen.
• Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CA/N) or child protective services check.
• Proficient use of computer to include Microsoft Office Products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Validates and approves timesheets for all direct reports.
• Ensure all timesheets are approved throughout the department in a timely manner.
• Ensures that all contract policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensures all case management, clinical and educational assessments are completed according to ORR policy.
• Attends all required meetings internal and external.
• Oversees the supervision and compliance in training of all staffunder their division.
• Ensures all databases are maintained and include quality data.
• Interacts with both internal and external stakeholders, to enhance the delivery and provision of services provided by all intradepartmental teams
• Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
