JOB TITLE: Marketing Consultant Position

Description:

The primary goal of this position is to retain customers and grow revenue for Telecommunication.

The position is responsible for the strategic and tactical development of marketing plans, providing direction internally and externally on the best use of marketing dollars to support initiatives targeted to the intended audience, as well as communicating plans for creative development.

Position Responsibilities/Duties:

- Grow and evolve Mobile and Home strategy activities related to campaign development and deployment including the strategic, tactical and support functions (creative, project management, technology, and analytics).

- Manage and orchestrate marketing ads within the Interactive Media Guide leveraging multiple proprietary upload portals and tests for validation.

- Coordinate and execute the scheduling, publishing and troubleshooting of TV Channel Guide Advertising such as Virtual Channels.

- Collaborate with several departments to complete Message Center Notifications within the TV Interactive Media Guide within tight timelines.

- Manage and update Special Event listings such as Pay Per View within the TV Interactive Media Guide.

- Craft and implement robust marketing communications campaigns leveraging multiple vehicles for the line of business

- Travel Pass.

- Strong campaign management skills to continue optimization efforts, identify customer segmentation strategies, enforce automated/highly dynamic projects and cross-functional execution ability.

- Lead weekly cross-functional core team calls across Interactive Media Guide (IMG), Database Marketing (DBM), Adobe, agency partners, CMO, Business Intelligence (BI) and external vendors.

- Day to day ownership of CRM communications to existing Telecommunication customers which include email, digital, and other online and offline marketing programs.

- Actively review tactical results, and evaluate opportunities for testing and enhancement.

- Administration & Coordination of marketing budget, ensuring programs are on or under budget, plus effectively manage and track agency scopes of work.

Qualifications: Required:

- Must have minimum 4 years agency and/or client side marketing experience.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.

- Able to meet deadlines and within a fast paced environment.

- Above average proficiency with excel and PowerPoint applications.

- Strong leadership and a proven ability to positively influence change.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Desired:

- Experience managing external marketing or advertising agencies.

- Self-starter who provides thoughtful recommendations and solutions.

- Confident verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management skills.
