Job Description | The Student Service Agent serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of the University Registrar to prospective and current students, parents, and the public. The Student Service Agent will maintain knowledge of university policies and procedures regarding student records, registration, myNKU, Degree Audit, and other academic policies/procedures. The Student Service Agent will provide prompt and thorough professional resolution to student questions and concerns while exceeding customer service expectations. The Student Service Agent will complete trainings in FERPA, phone and customer service etiquette, SAP GUI, Perceptive Content, and will be expected to upkeep knowledge of university policies/procedures, and the services offered by other campus departments to properly guide students/faculty/staff/public. |
Primary Responsibilities | Responsibilities include but are not limited to general office duties such as: Answer Multi-line Telephone Filing, Copying and Typing Routing Mail Running Errands on Campus Database Entry Assist With Special Projects Other Duties As Assigned Students work approx. 20 hours per week |
Qualifications | Desirable traits and qualifications include strong writing skills, ability to think critically and analytically, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, the ability to work independently, a positive attitude, good academic standing, and a willingness to learn.
