The Role

As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager, Automation and Digital Solutions to play a key role in the continued growth within the Labs business unit. Primarily responsibilities will be to drive continued downstream marketing efforts for current automation and digital products within the Labs portfolio. Such efforts will include ownership of go-to-market strategy, lifecycle management, and other promotional efforts to partner with our regional commercial teams to ensure growth and adoption of our solutions.

This role can be located in Raritan, NJ or remote.

The Responsibilities
  • Ownership of global go-to-market strategy development and execution.

  • Lifecycle management of current on-market products and solutions.

  • Develop global marketing plans for new product launches.

  • Regional customer and commercial engagement to include conferences, training, webinars, and KOL development.

  • Strategic ownership of tactical planning and execution of on-market product portfolio to ensure continued alignment of commercial and product development teams as well as market growth and adoption of portffolio solutions.

  • Perform other work-related activities as assigned.

The Individual
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, science, engineering, or analytical related field of study and 5-7 years experience preferably within the in-vitro diagnostics industry or similar related medical device.

  • Product marketing within a global healthcare and/or device setting; Advanced knowledge of marketing concepts; Understanding of modern marketing tactics including marketing data analytics, automation, and digital engagement. Proven ability to recognize opportunities for change and act as a catalyst for change management. Independent thinking, willingness to "step outside the box" and take reasonable, calculated risks.

  • Demonstrated business prioritization and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver results using critical thinking in the face of ambiguity.

  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to be a team player to solve problems and incorporate input from various sources.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills Global experience a plus.

  • Ability to travel 20%, domestic and international.

Key Working Relationships
  • Internal: Directors and product managers within the business unit, regional marketing and commercial teams, R&D, GIS.

  • External: Customers, external vendors or agencies.

The Work Environment
  • This individual can be located onsite in our Raritan, NJ site or can sit remotely.

  • 20% travel, domestic and international.

  • It may require availability outside normal working hours due to engagement with global customers and colleagues.

Salary Transparency

The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $170,00 and is bonus eligible or eligible for incentive compensation. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays.
