DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to manage Federal healthcare contracts and activities in Europe

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directs, manages and implements Healthcare Programs/Contracts supporting Federal clients (typically the Department of Defense).
• Provides direct client and delivery team interface from Europe (preferably Germany)
• Defines and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies to ensure program metrics are met and delivery of high-quality customer service
• Works with delivery teams and the clients to ensure compliance with all contract requirements and to overcome challenges as presented
• Ensures delivery teams are maintaining the most productive and positive relationships possible with our Healthcare customers, partners and other employees.
• Participates in the definition of appropriate metrics to measure objectives and processes for consistency and effectiveness. Helps implement the processes and metrics to establish baselines and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Works with Decypher's European Operations Director and business partners to drive consistency of program deliverables within the delivery teams
• Works with recruiters to ensure effective recruiting strategies and maximized fill rates. Participates in recruiting efforts as necessary (e.g., candidate interviews) ... especially with the higher level, more challenging positions.
• Ensures delivery teams have needed tools to identify, qualify, and secure candidates for Physician, Nursing, Ancillary and medical support positions and manages employee requirements (e.g., credentials, security, immunizations).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• 7 years of healthcare related experience.
• 7 years of healthcare and/or project management experience.
• 3 years of experience working in a military healthcare facility environment (preferred)
• Healthcare Administration management experience (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) or related certification (preferred, but not required)
• US Citizen
