Target roles for this program will be an Operations Production or Warehouse Supervisor. Target start dates: January and June 2023.
The Operations ADP participant will be assigned tasks and work on special projects that will allow them to learn about the many different areas within Production and Warehousing Operation functions including:
After completion of the first 9 months of the program, the employee will gain 6-9 months of experience as an acting supervisor within the warehouse or production plant, including time on an off-shift.
