Job Description

Provides Tier-2 technical assistance to computer users. Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Job Requirements
  • 5 years of related work experience or Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of technology commonly used by clients and employees.
  • Ability to explain technical problems to nontechnical employees.

Clearance Required:Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 5 Public Trust Clearance
