We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team.

ISN is seeking an experienced Program Director who will serveas the primary, day-to-day,and overall customer point of contact for the execution of assigned customer contract(s).

Other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Performingas the direct interface for customer personnel relative to the execution of new and existing contracts/orders and management of any customer issues.
• SupportingBusiness Development in the pursuit of additional contracts for DOD and Intel clients.
• Ensuringprogram/project deliverables are compliant with contractual requirements and regulations.
• Executingprograms in accordance with business and corporate objectives, aligning with schedule and profitability goals.
• Directing and managingprogram development from beginning to end, overseeing quality control throughout the program lifecycle.
• Providingleadership to matrixed program team to review/assess contract requirements, ensure complete contract compliance and on-time completion of all deliverables, and coordinate and define program solutions as required.
• Estimatingthe resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Managingproject risks and issues, escalating to Management and customer wherever necessary.
• Tracking and reporting project performance (milestones & budget adherence).
• Providinginternal business performance tracking and reporting/forecasting for each assigned program including delivery status, contract issues, revenue, margin and cash flow, risks and opportunities, key actions/escalations to ensure business performance success.
• Working closely with Business Development, Proposal Management, and other departments to identify, pursue, and win new and/or follow-on business opportunities.
• Exercisingjudgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, and executing complex project/programs
• Identifying and resolvingissues and conflicts with the Customer and within the project team
• Identifying and managingproject dependencies and critical path
• Proactively managingchanges in program scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
• Building, developing, and growing business relationships vital to the success of the program
• Conducting program postmortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful program elements

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• DoD Secret clearance with the ability to be cleared at Top Secret level
• US Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 15 years of experience in government contracting, including 5 years with DoD or Intel agencies, and 5 years of senior management.
• ISO or CMMI experience preferred.
• Background Investigations experience preferred.
