Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Coordinator (P)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking Assistant Maintenance Coordinators in Washington, DC. for a bid proposal. This role is responsible for coordination of maintenance and repair activities

******This position is contingent upon contract award*****

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Maintenance Director/Maintenance Coordinator in ensuring that all service calls, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance tickets are responded to in the appropriate amount of time (24 hours for service calls).
  • Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful completion of all service calls (SC), preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) tickets/work orders. The Assistant Maintenance Director/Assistant Maintenance Coordinator shall oversee the accurate upkeep of PM/CM/SC records and work orders in the Maximo work order system.
  • Issue work order tickets, routinely ensure accountability for their completion, and administration into the CMMS system.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by their supervisor.

Qualifications.

    • Must have minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance
    • Experience with the Maximo work order system is preferred

    Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

    • Manual dexterity and mobility.
    • Ability for repetitive reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
    • Prolonged walking and standing
