RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinician to join our residential care team in Lancaster, MA. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!
Who We Seek
We seek a dynamic clinician to be part of our growing residential services clinical treatment team. We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate professional to join the team. You will work with students, families and staff and provide individual, family and group therapy, facilitates treatment conference meetings for assigned caseload, attends weekly team meetings and monthly medication review meetings. Documentation includes progress notes, quarterly reports and treatment plans. Case management includes liaison to referral agencies, school districts and other collaterals involved in the client's care, communication with parents and guardians and scheduling home visitations.
Who You Are
You are a licensed or licensed eligible clinician who is creative, energetic and wants to make a
difference. You will provide trauma-informed therapeutic support and guidance for children and adults to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. You are looking to use your
experience and skills in a collaborative group setting. Specific qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • One year of one of clinical experience
  • Strong organizational skills as well as solid oral and written communication skills
  • Requires Massachusetts Licensure or license eligibility
Shift
Full-Time: 40 hours/week.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
