The Department of Defense (DOD), Office of Inspector General (OIG), established in 1982 by the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, DOD OIG is an independent, agency that conducts oversight and identifies, deters, and detects fraud, waste, and abuse in DOD operations and programs. The investigative arm of the DOD OIG is the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS) that works closely with law enforcement agencies to conduct criminal investigations of matters critical to DOD property, programs, and operations with an emphasis on life, safety, and readiness. The importance of the DOD OIG oversight work is signified by the enormity of the Department's mission, the numerous assets that DOD utilizes to accomplish its mission, the magnitude of the $600 billion budget, and the over 3 million personnel who are part of the DOD family. The DOD OIG's oversight work balances the needs and requests of both the DOD and Congress. The purpose of this contract effort is intended to acquire various levels of support to assist each of the components accomplish prospective activities. The ISN DoD OIG IT Contract Support Services Program Analyst, conducts analytical studies and reports project metrics and status to include but not limited to using, earned value calculations, cost benefit analysis, performance charts, and quantitative risk assessments. Objectives include providing strategic and tactical planning support and define, document, recommend changes in line with best practices to improve processes, planning and implementation as necessary. The tasks are not all inclusive but will be part of overall solution for meeting the needs of the objectives: Task 1: Document and define assigned process. Task 2: Assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and updating SOPs, communication plans, control plans, project documents, charters, instructions, or other documents as required. Task 3: Map assigned business processes using Business Process Mapping techniques, validate and update existingprocess maps.

Should have +7 years of providing Program Analytics for large DoD program in detailed task areas.

Should have working knowledge of PMI principles, or PMP certification. Strong process improvement background. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred. Strong technical ability. Strong MS Excel and MS Project skills. Ability to perform SharePoint administrative skills.

Must pass and maintain Active DoD Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract.

Bachelors in technical field required. Masters preferred.
