Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary: EMCOR Services CES is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Gaithersburg, MD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Daily checks of assigned facilities and report findings to Supervisor.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of the building systems on the site.
  • Perform troubleshooting of all equipment on site.
  • Institute the corrective action and/or inform supervisor on any deficiencies found in the course of performing the job.
  • Monitor Subcontractors in their task.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Customer services experience beneficial

Physical Demands:

  • Heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 75 lbs.)
  • Prolong, extensive or considerable standing/walking.
  • Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching.
