Purpose of Position
The specialist will monitor, compile and provide accurate copy/print billing to all departments on a monthly basis. This position oversees the Copier Fleet and Managed Print Programs. The specialist will serve as the main point of contact for the campus community for printer maintenance and management and provide technical troubleshooting skills for copier and printer related issues.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Download data usage reports from multiple sources (PageScope, Web, FM Audit) compiling billing data, verifying accuracy and invoicing departments for copy/print usage and uploading information into SAP on a monthly basis.

  • Establish and manage departmental print/copy charge backs by compiling billing data, verifying accuracy and invoicing departments for copy/print usage and uploading information into SAP on a monthly basis.

  • Oversee Copier Fleet and Managed Print Programs which includes researching and providing products based on client needs and serving as liaison between Prosource and campus community.

  • Oversee reconciliation process and documentation for all copy and print related items

  • Maintain Business Operations website

  • Manage calendar for Director of Business Operations & Auxiliary Services
Qualifications
Some college and 5 years of related experience required. This position requires:

  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding accounting best practices
  • Data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Professionalism and organization skills

This position receives full including an NKU contribution of 10% into a 403b retirement account and utilizes flexible work arrangements.
