Our Stafford Springs manufacturing facility is actively recruiting for a variety of positions across 1st and 2nd shift. Production & Manufacturing Openings Include:
Attraction bonuses will be paid after the newly hired TTM employee completes 180 days of employment
Shift Hours:
We have a unique work schedule which entails working alternating 4 day & 5 day weeks.
1st Shift – 7:00AM – 3:30PM (5 Day Week) & 6:30AM – 4:00PM (4 Day Week)
2nd Shift – 3:15PM – 11:45PM (5 Day Week) & 3:45PM – 1:15AM (4 Day Week)
Note: some department schedules may vary slightly.

Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains quality production and record quality data
- Ability to read and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification
- Cross train on operations within multiple areas
- Help area meet all safety and production goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Report all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns
- Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and the ability to understand and follow the directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and all Safety Procedures and Alerts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Good English communication and mathematical skills
- Ability to perform routine tasks
- Must be a team player and must work well with others
- Able to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and is flexible to work overtime when needed
- Able to lift up to 15+ pounds, bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for entire shift
- Flexible and willing to cross-train in other departments
- Ability to safely work or come in contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc.) or biological agents
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position
- Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident
