DESCRIPTION:

Decypher is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make recommendations for technical program planning and formulating program objectives and approaches.
  • Assist in the conduct studies, analyses, and evaluations of 711 HPW requirements in support of planning activities across the Core Technical Competencies and Product Lines
  • Study, review research data for technical adequacy, recommend technology transition to the DoD customer or technology transfer to commercial or dual-use applications.
  • Assist the Government Program Managers in the planning, development and execution of their programs in support of USAF, DoD and other customers including coordination with the DoD Communities of Interest (CoI)
  • Assist Human Systems Integration (HS) CoI leads in providing oversight, developing briefings, and reports, requesting and analyzing data and responding to data calls.
  • Assist HS CoI leads in assessing decision support, proactive decision support, or context driven support capabilities research.
  • Assist HS CoI members to develop weekly "success stories" for submission as part of weekly activity reports, and serve as editor of the HS COI Newsletter.
  • Assist in developing and updating HS CoI roadmaps.
  • Prepare draft papers to include: technical evaluations, weekly reports, information papers, action memoranda, emails, and other documents
  • Identify to the Government any program dependencies and interfaces

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline
  • 20 years' experience in laboratory program management, plans and programs functions, and acquisition related duties.
  • SECRET clearance
  • US Citizen
