Atlas Copco is seeking a Site Manager who will be responsible for supervising an Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems on-site Bench Repair Team and managing the operations of the on-site repair center.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization and will be able to interact with individuals possessing a variety of skillsets. Being an independent self-starter with complete product knowledge of Atlas Copco equipment will enable our candidate to excel in this role. This position is located at Amazon just North of Boston and will be based at a customer's manufacturing facility, but will require 5% travel nationally

What We Expect of You?
  • 2 year degree in a technical discipline or management is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' of supervisory experience required
  • Preferred 5 years' experience in a production environment working with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling or data collection systems
  • Able to understand and execute obligations of a service contract
  • Experience servicing Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory and fastening knowledge required
  • Acquiring, organizing and maintaining necessary repair equipment for all production tooling
  • Establishing and maintaining the technical knowledge levels to meet the requirements of the contract
  • Managing inventory levels and accuracy
  • Being customer-centric and knowledgeable when interfacing directly with the customer
  • Maintaining 100% accuracy of calibrations and PM's
  • Consistently proposing cost savings ideas and realizing a minimum of 12 annually
  • Ability to resolve tooling, production, and/or personnel issues
  • Identify and acquire training for onsite coordinators
  • Maintain 100% on customer torque audit with no minor or major findings
  • Practical leadership style and desire for continuous learning concepts
