Job Description
Quality Tool is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for Fortune 500 companies in the medical, industrial, electronics, aerospace, and defense industries.  We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team in support of our St. Paul, MN plant.  This is a part-time position requiring the candidate to work 32 hours per week over a 4 day period and reports to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Clerical and filing functions
  • Data Entry
  • Occasional customer contact via email
  • Customer Service account management back up
  • Provide other administrative support as requested
  • High school diploma or higher
  • One year or more office administrative experience is preferred, but not required
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products, and use or learn Visual Manufacturing ERP software
  • Organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills.  Highly productive in completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong desire and passion to meet the needs of internal and external customers alike
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Desire to gain experience and advance in the company. 
Work Environment:
Extended hours and/or overtime may occasionally be required based on workload. 
General work area is an office setting within a manufacturing plant.
