Quality Tool is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for Fortune 500 companies in the medical, industrial, electronics, aerospace, and defense industries. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team in support of our St. Paul, MN plant. This is a part-time position requiring the candidate to work 32 hours per week over a 4 day period and reports to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities:
Clerical and filing functions
Occasional customer contact via email
Customer Service account management back up
Provide other administrative support as requested
High school diploma or higher
One year or more office administrative experience is preferred, but not required
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products, and use or learn Visual Manufacturing ERP software
Organized, with a strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills. Highly productive in completing tasks in a timely manner
Strong desire and passion to meet the needs of internal and external customers alike
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
Ability to learn quickly
Desire to gain experience and advance in the company.
Work Environment: Extended hours and/or overtime may occasionally be required based on workload. General work area is an office setting within a manufacturing plant.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is an hourly paid position. Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with skills, experience and the ability to meet the position requirements.
