Job Title: Warehouseman(NARA II)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Warehouseman in College Park, MD. This position will work in the Warehouse and perform tasks associate with warehouse operations. This is an IUOE, Local 99-represented position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Material inspections, stocking shelves.
  • Marking and labeling stock, performing inventories, issuing parts and materials.
  • Operating a forklift and pallet jacks.
  • Documenting inventories with warehouse computer software.
  • Ordering parts and materials, managing inventory in a computer database.
  • Ensuring that the warehouse is clean and in order.
  • Staging material for specific projects.

Qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Forklift certification a plus.
  • Prior experience with warehousing software/computer systems.

Physical Demands:

  • Heavy lifting, stooping, and bending.
