While reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for operating foam and brick machines in a safe and efficient manner.  Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced, repetitive and physical environment. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and, organizational skills and attention to detail.     

Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift 245pm-1115pm; 1015pm-645am

Pay @ $15.60/hour 

2nd shift differential @ $0.52/hour

3rd shift differential @ $0.43/hour

This position is located at our plant in Montgomeryville, PA

Day to day responsibilities 

• Follows and enforces all safety requirements and procedures at all times 
• Follows and uses all Quality procedures and requirements at all times 
• Follow company policies to ensure machine reliability and integrity 
• Operates GEL, Brick, and Links Machines with the direction from the Lead Operator 
• Helps other departments as needed 
• Clean machines as needed throughout the shift  
• Place any damaged product in designated area for proper disposition  
• Check documentation to ensure there are no product overruns or production of incorrect items  
• Maintains cleanliness of work area at all times 

 EDUCATION/SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:      

• High school diploma or equivalent experience 
• Basic math skills 
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 40lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time 
• Ability to work in a loud environment 
• Ability to hear and read instructions
