The client operates in 3 segments: Credit Card, Consumer Banking, and Commercial Banking.)

Job Title: Process Manager

Location: Richmond Virginia 23238

Duration: 11 Months

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: On Site

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing our Tech Interview data at the LOB level including:
  • Working in Google Sheets to organize and manage our certification process
  • Provide visibility to Manager on Interviewer calibration progress, certified interviewer engagement, etc.

Process Documentation:

  • Update documentation for our customers in LOB and partnerships
  • create new how-to and partner with our automation manager to publish on google sites
    Contractor Tracking Support
  • various needs to track our contractor base support

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and communicating through process docs)
  • Strong attention to detail and very organized
  • Able to operate independently with lots of data
  • 1-2 years' experience in google products
  • 3-5 years process management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to flow with shifting priorities
  • Experience working with leadership teams
  • Tableau experience (not development, just usage)
  • Previous Client experience a plus
