  • Administrative Experience Supporting Executive Level Individuals
  • Strong experience with MS Office, including Outlook

Job duties:

  • Manage and maintain supervisor and department schedules
  • Manage executive calendars
  • Organize daily schedules

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Extensive experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience managing calendars for C Suite individuals
