TITLE: SAP CRM Analyst
DUTIES: Collaborating with other SAP functional and technical project teams to ensure the integration of the overall solution. Collaborating with the IT Process and Business Unit relation departments, respectively responsible for the process definition across applications and business users relationship, to ensure the solutions designed meet the requirements, and the product meets expectations in terms of planning and priorities. Analyzing and designing, or re-designing CRM related processes & sub-process. Designing CRM solutions to enable these processes in SAP, utilizing SAP application functionalities and avoiding as much as possible any development issues. Processing documents, configuration, and user instructions. Coordinating projects governance. Leading the blueprinting and implementation efforts. Supervising, coordinating and managing system integrators engaged for implementations. Controlling the maintenance of the system in order to ensure the system does not cause the derivation out of the defined process & solution design. Performing project assessments and preliminary analysis. Preparing gap Analysis documentation. On-boarding and selection of external resources. Performing solutions design and prototype configuration. Leading project governance and coordination. Developing business template. Supporting existing solution. Ensuring the SCM and planning maintenance and support meet requirements and resolving SAP issues raised via the helpdesk categorized as CRM. Identifying root cause for recurring issues, make proposal for their elimination. Conducting the development work end to end (requirement analysis, estimates, functional spec, testing, etc.). Conducting key or end-user trainings. Assisting with estimating work requests; service level measurement. Ensuring the integration areas are properly designed, implemented and tested in the SAP application. Reporting key issues to the management. Translating the business requirements into specific process improvements along with identifying any/all measurable benefits. Resolving incident and changes within the agreed SLA. Domestic travel up to 10% of the time is required
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Four (4) years of experience in job offered or related position required. Experience must include: working with configuration and implementation of SAP CRM on premise solutions; working with integration points with other key modules ECC SD / BW / Hybris / PI ; working with CRM data model key tables and structures; working with debug, run system traces and understand the results in both ABAP and BOL layer; writing technical & functional specification documents for developers; working in SAP CRM; working with integration and regression testing; working with multiple sap environments; and 2 years of experience in configuration and implementation of SAP C4C and/or C4S solutions.
